States that [[underlined]] Smith's [[/underlined]] transportation was enclosed but [[underlined]] Wayman's [[/underlined]] was not; that he has transportation papers for Miss [[underlined]] Shackford [[/underlined]] and sister, but another lady in her sisters place.  Inquires if the papers must be changed.

Encloses Miss [[underlined]] Gould's [[/underlined]] papers, and makes application for Miss [[underlined]] Landen. [[/underlined]]  Requests to have her papers made out from Burlington Vt. to Philadelphia and to have Miss [[underlined]] Gould's [[/underlined]] and Miss [[underlined]] Landon's [[/underlined]] made together from Philadelphia to Beaufort, S.C.
