Dear Mr. Kimball,
I receive this morning a Copy of "Circular No 3" dated April [[underlined]] 10th [[/underlined]] in answer to my account of April lst. Also Copy of Schedule from No 5. with list of State Supdts. and letter from J.W. Alvord, stating that Copies of this blank will be printed & distributed as soon as convenient-

This does not me that my Quarterly account sent you has to wait to go all thru this does it? I don't see why it should, as the Circular is dated April 10."

I hope you may be able to get our bill from the papers sent you, and by the end of next quarter we will have all the other papers required.

Very truly yours,
