Sir I have the horner to to write you in behalf of the Trustees & Pastor of [[strikethrough]] of [[/strikethrough]] our church to ask for admission to the association. we want a teacher. Very bad. and to day Miss E.J. Whitington has paid us a visit. Shelikes our town very much, & is ready to open school Jan. 1st if under your Supervision. our School was at one itme under the Balt. Association.  but we have had no Teacher since August a year ago.  they then demanded a tas of $12.00 per month which we did not feel able to pay.  we will have a meeting on Wednesdy night and hope you will favor us with answer on Wednesday morning. So that we can make arrangements. We do not feel able to do more than pay.- Board & Fuel. at this time. you will address your answer to Rev. Chas. H. Williams.- P.O. Box 181. Very Respectfully yours.
