Respectful Sir,
I have tried to obtain the desired information as far as in my power lies.  The school house was commenced June 18 '/65, completed Dec 26th or 27th '/66.  The furniture is namely, desks, benches, stove, and a pulpit.  The amount paid by the Freedmen $79.70.  The debt on the building $82.  The debt on the school for board $11.00.  The parents of the children are taxed 10 cents per  week, for the board.  Moses Robinson, George Parker, Morris Porter, Rob't Woolford the principal trustees.  The most friendly white men are Mr Moore, Mr C Laten, Mr G. W. Joseph.  Yours respectfully
