Uniontown D.C. 6th Jan 1869

Rev. John Kimball

Dear Sir

I send herewith Reports for December.

I called some days since at your office to see the Registers to which you referred in your note, but did not see you. Can you not send some for the Goodhope School through the Mail?

Also as a matter of [[underlined]] private [[/underlined]] business: I want a cheap second-hand carriage and harness. If you can put me on the track to get them you will confer a favor

If you know of any responsible parties (colored or white) in want of land please send them over. There are a few extra chances in this vicinity just now.

Very truly
