[[underlined]] THE EXPOSITION OF INDIAN TRIBAL ARTS, Inc. [[/underlined]] 578 Madison Avenue, New York. Instructions for shipment of Murals to the College Art As- [[underlined]] sociation, New York. [[/underlined]] The stretchers must come from Santa Fe. Mr. Sloan had sent sketches of how they were to be made. I should think the stretchers could come in one box and the canvasses rolled in another. Be sure and mark every piece of the stretcher for the canvas to which it belongs. Also be sure and roll the canvasses with the paintings outside. Mr. Faris is to prepay the express and insure them while in transit. The College Art will insure them on the road. I expect these murals to reach the College Art by the sixth day of January, 1933. All of these instructions have already been sent to Mr. Faris. I am afraid he probably does not receive his mail, and with out hard work here, working for the success of the Indian murals and only for the Indians, it has been very difficult when we do not receive information from Santa Fe. The boxes are to be addressed to Mrs. Audrey Mc Mahon, College Art Association, 137 East 57th Street, New York, and are also to be marked for "The Exposition of Indian Tribal Arts, Inc.".
