[[underlined]] a/ [[/underlined]] More room is very desirable, not only for display of reptiles, but for the laboratory. With the present accomodations it will be impossible to continue the plan of the reserve series of North American Reptiles, already commenced, to say nothing of a similar plan for Foreign specimens.

More assistance for Clerical and Messenger service, is also needed, as the Curator, not being a salaried officer of the Museum, is unable to give his entire time to the duties of the Office.
