Thousands is educated and in this of the state [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]] we have acquired some of the best Real Estate and in the manufactureing industry the same as any other race, we who are situated along the Rappahanock river are the means of replenishing the treasures of the state wherein we live we ^[[pay a lot]] a school for the benefit of the schools and we [[overwritten]] pay a fund [[/overwritten]] for the benifits of the road fund.  why not today pay us back by a contribution or subscription for the funds if ours that has ^[[been]] for the meantenance of your schools and to the treasures of your state that has not in return looked out for the welfare of the lenial descendants of Powatans Confederacy who live in Essex, King & Queen & Carolinas Counties.  Today is designated by the Rappahanocks for the raising of funds to pay the deficit in our treasury and the remaind to go for the Building
