Sir:  I enclose herewith Miss Goulds Report of the School at this place for last month. Your letters were duly received. Went to Fairfield Monday returning home Tuesday night. The school House there is not ready. The colored people promised to go at it and finish it as they so often do but fail to perform. I visited Great Mills School and the one near Millstone Ld. they were both to have commenced today. Miss Howell can commence next week. I have been today to the Cross Roads to Milestown and Head of Bay. At Cross Roads they have done but little for the last month althoug urged to get ready for a teacher. They have the chimney to build and desks to make yet. At Milestown they promise to go at it and build their house house having made a beginning. At Head of Bay the house
