Dear Sir Your note of yesterday has been recd & contents [[noted?]]

I don't understand what is meant by the [[underlined]] note I recd yesterday saying the Bureau was going to send down & tear down the school House [[/underlined]] [[strikethrough]] and today [[/strikethrough]] , and your note today couched in entire different laguge 

I took the note yesterday for a declaration of war, & I was preparing for the Battle as I have always since the commt don all I could, do, I shall leave for Baltimore [[underlined]] tomorrow morning Thursday [[/underlined]] and will be to See you Either Thursday or Friday
