States that the discrepancy between the reports and rental a/c, has been the result of a mistake made at this office. Seems to rectify the matter by giving a rule for determining the average.  Desires immediate assistance in consequence of the poverty of the society.  Desires the Supt to fill the applications sent them for teachers. Names the places where they are needed and the inducements offered to those you may send.
