Acknowledges receipt of $20 in payment of his salary for January, and has also received the books he ordered. Resigns his situation as teacher for the reason that the people do not pay his board, and he has ^[[insert]] been ^[[/insert]] accused of conduct unbecoming a teacher, &c. Rec'd. O.S.E.D.C 3.19.70.
