Secretary States the dissatisfaction of Miss Narcissa George with Forestville and regrets it, and in consequence of her ability, hopes you may provide for her elsewhere. Expects to hear soon as to the assistant for Anapolis. Wishes to know if you furnish schools with black-boards, desks, &c. Rec'd O.S.E.D.C. 1.31.70.
