States in reply, that they will accept Mr. [[underlined]] Chew, [[/underlined]] Miss [[underlined]] Smith [[/underlined]] and the other two teachers on condition that they have a sufficient number of pupils to insure rental : that if it can be so arranged they would prefer to pay $15 per month instead of $20. &c.
