States that they are willing to forward the money to pay teacher's book bills if the teachers understand that it is to be deducted from their salaries:

that they will send another teacher to Federalsburg, if desirable, on the usual conditions:

that the Annapolis assistant is to report to Mrs. Cheney of the N.E. Society. Requests to have all their new teachers instructed to write to her &c.
