Rev. John Kimball.
Supt. Schools. D.C.

Dear sir:-

As Major Lee desires to consolidate the various school reports when received at this office before sending them to you, he requests that you send him two or three blanks as furnished for Superintendents. He wishes the consolidated (or Supt's.) report to file in this office for reference.

There is no Supt. of Schools for any Association in this city so each school will report to you on blanks furnished.

Each teacher [[underlined]] should [[/underlined]] have [[underlined]] two [[/underlined]] (2) blanks — one to keep himself or herself with the records of the school and as a guide to subsequent reports. Can blanks like those last you furnished be [[underlined]] purchased [[/underlined]] anywhere?

Respectfully
Your obt. serv't.

Asst. Supt.
