Abstract of Title to Lots 13, 14, 15 & 16 in Square 412.

In the year 1803, the above Lots were owned conjointly by Joseph Ball and Standish Ford.

On the 10th May 1833, Michael Nourse obtained a Deed for the above from the Corporation of Washington. The Lots were sold for taxes in the names of Ball & Ford.

It will appear from the above that the Ford interest is still outstanding and whether DeSelding has obtained the interest of [[underlined]] all [[/underlined]] the heirs of Ball is not known.  Title therefore not clear, but Beckett has not encumbered it. - Taxes Paid
