Col W W Rogers
A A A General.

Sir,

I am informed by Maj Vandenburg, that the Gov't Scavengers do not now afford their services at Gov't Buildings in charge of this Bureau. I have the honor to report that the out buildings, of several of the schools in charge of this Bureau, are in a very filthy condition. and I respectfully request that means be taken to keep them in a good condition for the season.

Very respectfully your
