Please notify your congregation that there will be a meeting of all interested in the permanent establishment of colored schools in this City, at the church of Rev. Mr. Madden 1st Baptist at 7 O. Clock P.M, Monday, Sept. 3d. Several distinguished speakers will be present to address the meeting, and all who are interested in this good work are earnestly requested to attend and notify their friends to be present.
