[[/insertion]] Accompanying this is a side plan he has drawn for the arrangement of the rooms and desks - though he has since found that they can be placed nearer together, so as to admit another row, making 44 instead of 40 as on the plan.

He would like your approval of the plan, and the Asst. Commissioner's order for the execution of the work, if the plan and terms are satisfactory.
