Dear Sir

At a meeting of "The Board of Commissioners of Primary Schools of Washington County District of Columbia" held this day it was unanimously

Resolved that we highly appreciate the liberality of the Freedmen's Bureau in offering to remove and put up in the Several Districts for Primary Schools - buildings for the use of said Schools. and we hereby agree to pay for such buildings One hundred and twenty five dollars each - 

The Clerk is requested to notify John Kimball superintendent schools for Freedmens Bureau of the action of this Board. -
