Esteemed Friend,

Thee will weary of my notes. But I want to say things that occur to me, so I do. Last night I brought the Pledge to school, and obtained some names. All of my day school have signed. One of our men will hand them to thee on Sunday. Will thee please read the names of each pledge, & [[?]], to the meeting. It will encourage others to sign, and make those who have proud they did.  I left out the Tobacco for the present. Thinking that I'd get all for Anti
