Sir: I have the honor to request that a [[underlined]] colored teacher [/underlined]] be sent to [[underlined]] Millstone Landing [/underlined]] (by Pautuxuent river boat from Baltimore) for the school near there by the [[underlined]] fifteenth [/underlined]] of [[underlined]] November [/underlined]] 1867 by which time the school house will be ready to occupy.  Books &c should be sent with the teacher to commence the school.
