Dear Sir:

I have just written to Genl. Whittlesey respecting transportation for Miss Greenbrier from Arlington Va to Cleveland Ohio, requested from this office June 6. She has closed her school and is waiting the transportation. If you can do anything to hasten its being forwarded, will you intercede. I shall be grateful for any service of this kind you may be able to render.

Yours Very Truly,
