A.M. Kimber requests me to acknowledge the receipt of thy favor of the 2nd. inst rec'd during his absence from the city and to thank thee for thy kindness in endeavoring to find a purchaser for the property on 19th St. - It is still thought most desirable to sell the place and any thing thou can do in furtherance of this object either by disposing of the whole or by selling the building separately will greatly oblige the Comtee whom he represents -
