Mr. Kimball

Kind Sir:-

I learn through Mrs. Disbrow, that you are purposing to come South the 1st of Sept. - If the schs open the 1st of Oct. and [[underline]] you [[/underline]] are not on [[underline]] the grounds to whom [[/underline]] shall I report myself? I am [[underline]] entirely [[/underline]] unacquainted with any of the [[underline]] Trustees [[/underline]]? Is that the right appellation? You see I'm not at all posted.

I do not feel like going among strangers - do you suppose I could obtain my old quarters in the barrack? If you would be so kind as to apply [[underline]] for me, [[/underline]] I would be [[underline]] very greatly [[/underline]] obliged. And if you can drop me a line this wk. before you leave the city, I shall then know whether to take on bedding or not.

If I cannot obtn my little corner, & be near my former friends - do you know where I [[underline]] could [[/underline]] find a room either furnished or otherwise, wh. I might live near then?

I have no idea where the sch. house is to be located, will you please inform me?

If you can ans. these inquiries
