Referring to the construction of the school building at that place, states that Mr. [[underlined]] Rowe [[/underlined]] informs him that "he has the building up and that the frames made by [[underlined]] Ulrich [[/underlined]] are not made right and unfit to put in"

Desires instructions as to what they shall do.
