Dr. G. Baur, of Clark University, Worcester, Mass., during the month spent 7 days in examining and identifying the collection of Cheloniaus for his forthcoming work on the North American species.

The curator continued his work on the report upon the reptiles of the Death Valley Expedition, whenever he could spare time form his routine work.
