Your Regents' Personnel Committee, consisting of the undersigned has carefully reviewed the [[underlined]] Confidential Statement of Employment and Financial Interests, [[/underlined]] fully filled out and submitted by each of the following employees:

As a result of our careful review of these statements as submitted and following our discussion of them in several telephone conversations, we have unanimously decided that there is no conflict of interest whatsoever involved and that no action of any kind concerning conflict of interest need be taken with regard to any of these employees.

The Committee has also received and discussed a report of the General Counsel/Ethics Counselor entitled "Submission and review of Forms SI-1085, 'Confidential Statement of Employment and Financial Interests,' for Calendar Year 1984."
