NORMA DONALDSON (Miss Adelaide) is a singer, actress and native New Yorker whose versatility as a performer has been displayed in such roles as Clara in The Great White Hope, Missy in Purlie, Bianca in Kiss Me, Kate, Eve in No Place To Be Somebody, and Clytemnestra in The Flies. Miss Donaldson studies acting with Gabriel Dell and voice with John Bartis and has headlined in nightclubs throughout Europe as a singer and throughout the United States with the companies of John Davidson and E. Y. Harburg Concerts. She has been seen on television on Good Times, The Jeffersons and Joe Franklin, while her numerous films include Across 110th Street where she played the role of Gloria Robert and Willie Dynamite where she portrayed Honey.

ROBERT GUILLAUME (Nathan Detroit) was last seen on Broadway as Purlie in 1971. Prior to that he was in the Broadway hit Jacques Brel Is Alive and Well. compiling a total of 750 performances in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco as well as New York. His portrayal of Sportin' Life in Porgy and Bess took him to Austria, France, and Israel. He was in the Arena Stage production of No Place To Be Somebody playing the role of Johnny Williams, and played the title role in Othello in the Washington Shakespeare Festival. Born in St. Louis, his other Broadway shows were Golden Boy, Kwamina, and Tambourines to Glory. He was nominated for a Joseph Jefferson Award for his role of Babu in the Goodman Theatre production of Benito Cereno. He received high critical acclaim for his performance in the Joseph Papp production of Apple Pie. He has guest starred on The Jeffersons, Sanford & Son, All in the Family, Marcus Welby and other television shows. He collaborated with Joe Williams on Cannonball Adderley's last album, Big Man.

ERNESTINE JACKSON (Sister Sarah Brown) after graduating from Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas, attended The Julliard School and Hunter College and is currently studying acting with Mary Tarcai in New York City. Miss Jackson has become a familiar face to Broadway theatregoers, having received excellent reviews for her performance of Ruth Younger in the Tony Award winning musical Raisin, as well as being a Tony nominee for best supporting actress in a musical. Her other Broadway credits include A Musical Jubilee, Jesus Christ Superstar, Applause, and Hello, Dolly! Ms. Jackson appeared as a regular with Adam Wade on the CBS game show Musical Chairs, and is the co-star of the recently released Columbia film Aaron Loves Angela.

JAMES RANDOLPH (Sky Masterson) made his Broadway debut in the New York City Opera Company production of Carmen Jones playing the role of Huskie Miller. He next played Crown in the Vienna Volksoper production of Porgy and Bess, and has since played the role more than 500 times in the United States and Europe. He was starred in Ballad for Bimshire and his other Broadway shows were To Broadway With Love, Free and Easy and Jump for Joy. His television appearances include the Tonight Show, Merv Griffin, Jackie Gleason, and Mary Tyler Moore Shows. As a nightclub performer he has starred in his own show at the Riviera and Star Dust Hotel in Las Vegas and has appeared at many other leading clubs and hotels in the United States, Europe, the Caribbean, Australia, and Africa. He was knighted by the Republic of Liberia and can be officially addressed as "Sir James."
