JOSHUA LOGAN (Director) is a Pulitzer Prize playwright and producer. He returns to Broadway after several years in California where he directed the musical motion pictures Camelot and Paint Your Wagon. As a playwright Mr. Logan made six Broadway contributions: co-author of South Pacific, Mister Roberts, Higher and Higher, Wish You Were Here, Fanny and, as sole author, The Wisteria Trees. In all of these he was both director and co-producer. Other productions directed by him which have been outstanding hits are Annie Get Your Gun, This is the Army, Knickerbocker Holiday, On Borrowed Time, I Married an Angel, the revival of Charley's Aunt (which catapulted Jose Ferrer to stardom and also found Mr. Logan his wife, Nedda Harrigan), Happy Birthday, John Loves Mary, The World of Suzie Wong, Blue Denim, Middle of the Night, All American, the Pulitzer Prize play Picnic and Tiger Tiger, Burning Bright in which he first directed Al Freeman, Jr. The film of which he is most proud is Bus Stop, which starred Marilyn Monroe. Other films have included Picnic, Sayonara, Fanny and South Pacific. He was born in Texas, reared in Louisiana. He attended Culver Military Academy, and became President of the Triangle Club while at Princeton University. He left Princeton in his senior year to study with Stanislavski for six months at the Moscow Art Theatre in Russia. Later, Logan was one of the founders of the University Players, which included James Stewart, Henry Fonda, Margaret Sullavan, Mildred Natwick, Myron McCormick, Bretaigne Windust, Kent Smith and others. He has two children - Tom, nineteen, and Sue, eighteen.

JO MIELZINER (Scenery & Lighting Designer), trained in the fine arts in Europe, began designing for the theatre in his early twenties. Since then he has been associated with over two hundred and seventy-seven major productions, has designed, co-designed and been consultant on more than fifteen new theatres and has received several theatre and academic awards including nine citations from the Variety Poll of Critics, four Tonys and five Donaldson Awards. He has designed hundreds of plays, musicals, operas and ballets including several notable productions of the last forty-five years of American theatre.

CARRIE FISHBEIN ROBBINS (Costume Designer) designed the costumes for The Time of Your Life at the Repertory Theatre of Lincoln Center and Inner Journey and The Year Boston Won the Pennant for the Forum. On Broadway she costumed Leda Had A Little Swan and off-Broadway The Millionairess and Trainer, Dean, Liepolt & Co. for the American Place Theatre. She designed Julius Caesar  for the Tyrone Guthrie Theatre, was Resident Costume Designer with the Inner City Repertory Theatre in Los Angeles, and designed productions for the Studio Arena Theatre in Buffalo. In films, Miss Robbins designed the costumes for the original folk-rock musical, Flight of Fantasy.
