CHARLES COOK (Performer/Choreographer) has toured with the Duke Ellington and Count Basie bands. As a member of the Copasetics' Club he has appeared in BLACK BROADWAY, THE SALUTE TO COUNT BASIE, THE DICK CAVETT SHOW and POSITIVELY BLACK.
Mr. Cook has received a Choreographer's Grant from the National Endowment for the Arts as well as a CETA grant for dance.
He has given master tap classes at Yale, Duke and American University as well as in Europe and Asia. He recently returned from performances in the 1984 Summer Olympics. He currently teaches tap dance in NYC at Clark Center for the Performing Arts. 

PEPSI BETHEL (Production Staged By) serves on the faculty of Clarck Center for the Performing Arts, is the founder of the American Authentic Jazz Dance Theatre, Inc. and is the Artistic Director of the Pepsi Bethel Dance Company. Mr. Bethel was a faculty member of the Alvin Ailey American Dance School from 1969-1979 when he left to stage the smash hit, "One Mo' Time", both in the United States and Europe. 

SUSAN GOLDBETTER (Production Manager) is a performer, producer, and teacher, She received two New York State Council on the Arts Decentralization Grants with partner Lynn Cataldo to produce and perform original vaudeville theater. She has appeared in story theater works at Lincoln Center ARTPARK, and CBS-TV. She currently lectures at CUNY and is working on a Master's Degree in Radio/Television production. She has studied jazz dance with Mr. Bethel, tap dance with Mr. Cook and this production marks her first major collaboration with these artists.
