Dear Mr. Abbegg:

I have finally finished Volume VI of Van Marle, and hope you won't mind lending me the next one.

Would it be agreeable to you if I sent the volume I have to your home which I would gladly do?

I hope these lines find you and Mrs. Abbegg in perfect health. Please convey my respects to her, and looking forward to seeing you both soon again,

Very sincerely yours,
