Mr. Germain Seligman
Jacques Seligmann and Company, Inc.
5 East 57th Street
New York 2, New York

Dear Germain:

It was so nice seeing you and I cannot thank you enough for giving me so much of your time. The Watteau drawing really delighted me and if you have, by any chance, a photograph, I should love to have one for my study files. You may, of course, bill me for this.

It was very good, too, to see the Lebrun Show. He has certainly progressed tremendously from the more decorative paintings first shown at the Museum of Modern Art. In the meantime, I have gone over the itinerary and it now looks, as follows:

May 10th - 31st Pasadena Art Institute
Pasadena California

June through Sept. No bookings, as yet.

October 1st - 22nd Art Association Richmond, Indiana

November 5th - 26th School of the Museum of Fine Arts
Boston, Massachusetts

Immediately after this booking, we should like to return the drawings to you, if we may. There is actually no Los Angeles booking -- it was under consideration, but did not materialize. I feel sure that something will happen during the summer months and I shall let you know at once what it is.

With kindest regards to you both.

Sincerely yous,
