Dear Sirs:

The first number of The Art Digest, a semi-monthly publication, will appear on November 1. It will seek to do for happenings in art exactly what The Literary Digest does for events in general,--that is, quote without bias the news and opinions printed in the newspapers and periodicals of the world. Published at One Dollar per year, such a journal eventually should attain a circulation of 50,000.

One of the features of The Art Digest will be a calendar, in each issue, of the coming art exhibitions for the entire season. Won't you please, [[underline]]as soon as convenient[[/underline]], mail us the data of your exhibitions for the month of November; and also a list of the exhibitions you have scheduled until June 1, 1927, with dates if you have them or without if the dates have not yet been fixed.

Thanking you, I am

Faithfully,
[[signed]]Peyton Boswell[[/signed]]
