April 10, 1936

Dear Miss Roullier:

In going over our records we note that you still have in your possession one of our Degas drawings, "Cavalier", which we consigned to you in April, 1934.

We have been taking inventory of our stock, i.e., out on loan or on consignment for a long period of time, and would like to recall this drawing. Therefore, would you be good enough to have it shipped to us.

I regret that you have not been able to find some collector who might be tempted by this item but, on the other hand, I think you may find some other things here which would be of interest to you and to the people in Chicago. I hope that we may look forward to the pleasure of your visit in the near future.

With best wishes, and thank you in advance for having the above attended to.

Please believe me to be
Yours very sincerely,

(Robert M. Levy)
