Dear Sirs:

The Arts Club of Chicago is assembling an exhibition of paintings by De Segonzac to be held at the Arts Club opening the last week of November and running for three weeks. 

The Arts Club is desirous of making this exhibition as representative as possible of the work of this distinguished artist. We would therefore greatly appreciate it if you would consent to loan your watercolor for the duration of the exhibit.

The club would of course assume all contingent expenses including insurance. The packing and shipping would be taken care of by the reliable house of Budworth & Son in New York City.
