-159- -C-4- Upward Mobility Program At the end of fiscal year 1987, four employees were participating in the program: • One minority woman was receiving training as a Computer Specialist. • One minority man was receiving training for as an Automotive Helper. • One minority man was receiving computer training through continuing education.
