Who's in the Cast
1983. Christopher directed and choreographed an original musical, Broadway Baby, produced by Gwen Verdon for the John Drew Theatre. He choreographed the Broaday musical Perfectly Frank with Cloris Leachman for cable television. Christopher has performed in one dozen Broadway musicals. He was also seen as Harry in the ABC motion picture The Flamingo Kid with Matt Dillon. Christopher worked in close collaboration with Frank Oz on the staging of The Muppets Take Manhattan. Recently he choreographed the workshop production of the new musical Kicks and staged Chita Rivera's show in Japan.
Gordon Lowry Harrell (Aranger and Conductor) arranged and conducted Bob Fosse's Dancin'. On Broadway, he also conducted 1776, Jesus Christ Superstar and Rachel Lily Rosenbloom. As arranger/orchestrator, he scored Sergeant Pepper for John Lennon and Paul McCartney, Mary C. Brown for Dory Previn, Inner City for Tom O'Horgan and Rockabye Hamlet for Gower Champion. Gordon also arranged the dance music for Jerry Herman's musical La Cage aux Folles. He holds an Emmy Award for his original score of Edward Villella's Harlequin for CBS-TV, and his score of the CBS-TV special "Dance of the Athletes" won him another Emmy nomination.
Romaine Greene (Hair Design). Broadway:Bob Fosse's Redhead, Sweet Charity, Pippin, Chicago, Dancin'. Films: Lenny, All That Jazz, Annie Hall, Manhattan, Broadway Danny Rose, Hannah and Her Sisters and Heartburn.
Howard Feuer (Casting) has been associated with Bob Fosse on All That Jazz, Star 80 and Sweet Charity. In the theatre he has cast more than 25 productions, including Noises Off, Benefactors, 42nd Street and Barnum. Among many film credits are places in the Heart, Fame, Arthur and new Elaine May comedy.
Phil Friedman (Production Stage Manger) played the stage manager in Bob Fosse's film All that Jazz, a role for which he is well suited, having worked with Mr. Fosse on nine productions, including Pippin, Chicago, Dancin' and the television special "Liza with a 'Z'." He has been associated with more than 100 musicals since 1945, in New York on tour and on the West Coast. Broadway hits include Kismet, The Boy Friend, How to Succeed. . .,Little Me and The Act.
Linda Haberman (Assistant Choreographer) is thrilled to be associated with Bob Fosse once again, having performed in the original Broadway cast of Dancin' and as a featured player in the video production of "Pippin." Recently Linda appeared on Broadway as a Cagelle in La Cage aux Folles. She went on to successfully direct and stage La Cage in Tokyo. Her various television and film credits include The Fan, Portfolio and the Bob Hope, Julie Andrews and Miss America TV specials. She has choreographed several television commercials and recently staged The Best of the Best, a benefit for AIDS at the Metropolitan Opera House.
The Shubert Organization (Producer) has been in the forefront of the American theatre since the start of the 20th century. It is under the direction of Gerald Schoenfeld, chairman, and Bernard B. Jacobs, president. They are responsible for the management and operation of 17 theatres in New York, as well as theatres in Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. Under their leadership, the Shubert firm has become an active force in the presentation of distinguished theatrical productions such as The Royal Shakespeare Company's production of The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby. The firm is co-producer of the 1983 Tony Award-winner for Best Musical, Cats; the smash

Off-Braodway show Little Shop of Horrors; and Andrew Lloyd Webber's Song & Dance starring Bernadet Peters. Some other recent Shubert productions are the innovative Michael Bennett production of Dreamgirls, the Sondheim/Lapine Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Sunday in the Park with George, the Tom Stoppard Play The Real Thing, the new version of Neil Simon's The Odd Couple, the O'Neill classic A Moon for the Misbegotten, Glengarry Glen Ross, Joe Egg, As Is, 'Master Harold'. . . and the boys, Amadeus, Children of a Lesser God, Dancin', Good, The Gin Game, Ain't Misbehavin' and Whoopi Goldberg. The Shubert Organization has dedicated it's energies and resources to a continuing campaign for the revitalization of the American theatre. Its many levels of activity include refurbishment of all Shubert playhouses, participation in civic and community affairs, the introduction of phone and charge ticket sales, and a computerized ticketing system. This wide range of operation has proven highly effective in New York and throughout the country.
Roger Berlind (Producer). From acting directing and writing for Triangle and Theatre Intime productions at Princeton, Mr. Berlind has gone on to a co-produce plays and musicals by some of the greatest writers in the theatre, including Richard Rodgers, Sheldon Harnick, Aruthur Miller, George Abbott, Albert Inaurato, Arnold Wesker, Edward Albee and John Guare. His most recent Broadway productions are Peter Shaffer's Amadeus, the Duke Ellington musical Sophisticated Ladies, Nine by Maury Yeston and Arthur Kopit, the Royal Shakespeare Company production of All's Well That Ends Well, the John Kander/Fred Ebb/Terrence McNally musical The Rink, Tom Stoppard's The Real Thing, Best Musical for "Nine" and Best Revival for Joe Egg. He is currently represented on Broadway by George Furth's Precious Sons, starring Ed Harris and Judith Ivey. Mr. Berlind is a trustee of Princeton University, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center. He is a Governor of the League of American Theatres and Producers.
Jerome Minskoff (producer) has presented on Broadway Irene, Can-Can, King of Hearts, Noises Off and Strange Interlude. In London, as co-producer with Triumph Apollo Productions, he has currently running The Scarlet Pimpernel, Gigi, Fatal Attraction, Interpreters and Guys and Dolls. He is a Governor of the League of American Theatres and Producers, a board member of the Alvin Ailey Dance Company and the Friends of the Theatre Collection, Museum of the City of New York, and an owner of the Minskoff Theatre. He is also represented on Broadway with the revival of Sweet Charity, starring Debbie Allen and directed by Bob Fosse.
Jonathan Farkas (Associate Producer) has been active in Broadway producing since 1982. He has produced Noises Off, The Rink, Grind and served as associate producer for La Cage aux Folles and My One and Only. He has been associated with "Nine" and Crimes of the Heart. These shows have received a total of 15 Tony Awards. Also, Mr.Farkas presently serves as a member of the Governor's World Trade Council.
