Transcription Notes:
forma mollis Radlk. Location as written is Lea Merced, Rio Paclin, Gatamasca, Argentina. Best guess is 'Lea' is meant to be 'La' - there are multiple La Merced, Argentina locations in geonames, but two main ones, which correspond to two La Merced locations in google maps. One of those is in the Paclín Department (as in probably where a Rio Paclín would be located) and it is in the Province of Catamarca, which is very similar in spelling to Gatamasca, which did not return any results in google or geonames.
