December 9th 1894.

A great deal has happened since last I wrote.

Friday the 31st we went to the Opera again.  Mama sent tickets to Frank Harrison and E. Hewitt who met us there.  There were lots & lots of people in the box.  Thursday, Thanksgiving I got another box of flowers from Mr Andrews.

Saturday I went to Mr. R. Ronalds Football Party.  It consisted of Mr & Mrs. Astus, Helen Morton, Adele Sloane, J. Ritchie, M. Taylor, Fred Coats, R. Cottenet, Mr. Richmond and Mr   .  It was a

dreadful day and we had lots of little adventures.  I managed to catch a cold which kept me in bed all Tuesday.  Mr Ronalds. sent each of the girls a bunch of violets.  Mo sent me also a beautiful big bunch.  Monday the 3d I went to the Opera - beautiful time.  Tuesday Aunt Emmy had her dance.  Mo had asked me the day the invitations came out for supper.  Mr Crowningshield as me Friday for Cotillon or Supper.  Accepted Cotillon.  [[underlined]] Beautiful [[/underlined]] time 15 favors.  Thursday R. Sands had made an engagement to see me.
