Francis & "Judge" Tillman are off on leave now & the rest of the bunch are here and O.K. Harvey G. is at our last March & Apr. hibernating place but I haven't seen him yet. I saw Anderson of the 2nd Sec. at F.A.S. of I. in Paris en route to the states. That Tenn F. A. crowd are over here. Saw some of them in Paris and some others who were returning like our USR friends are doing. Give my best to Wheeler, John Rancourt and the other fellows there. Sure sorry that I cannot help you out with a copy of that order, but I'm not as provident as a one time lawyer should be. If I'm not mistaken we left the only copies of that order which we had
