III. COMPLIANCE AND NON-COMPLIANCE WITH OFFICIAL DIRECTIVES CONCERNING MAINTENANCE OF FUNDS INSPECTED:
1. Although the 99th Fighter Squadron is not under the jurisdiction of the AAFSETC, recommend that the attached copy of the Inspector General's Bulletin #3, dated February 18, 1943, Hqs., SE, be pasted in front of the Council Book as a guide to Fund procedure.

IV. [[underlined]] CONCLUSIONS: [/underlined]]
1. That the maintenance of the fund be given a rating of Very Satisfactory.
