evaluate the group's condition.
If group movements, locomotion, substrate use, etc. had improved, we wouldn't return Butterscotch, but send her to CPRJ etc..

Meanwhile Butterscotch looked reasonably good.

Car trouble plagues us. Laurenz, because he didn't know what the budget was, hadn't been keeping the cars up-

And the cars are occupying about 1/3 Jim's time.

On going to Pesagro we have to stop to have some repairs done and organize to leave the car to fix some.
