[[underlined]]b.[[/underlined]] The use of government transportation will be carefully planned and held to a minimum.
[[underlined]]c.[[/underlined]] If night driving may be involved, vehicles will be checked prior to dispatch to insure that proper lights are carried and that they are in working order.
[[underlined]]d.[[/underlined]] Regulations governing action to be taken by operators of government vehicles in cases of accidents will be strictly complied with. Drivers will be conversant (through instruction by the Motor Transport Officer) with the following, "No information will be furnished any person in the military service which can be made the basis of a claim against the Government".

[[underlined]]UNIFORM REGUALTIONS[[/underlined]]
1.[[underlined]]PRESCRIBED UNIFORM:[[/underlined]]
[[underlined]]a.[[/underlined]] The woolen uniform is prescribed for habitual wear as directed by the Post Commander, when climatic conditions warrant.
[[underlined]]b.[[/underlined]] The cotton uniform is prescribed for habitual wear at this station during the summer months.
2.[[underlined]]SPECIFIED SUMER UNIFORMS.[[/underlined]]
[[underlined]]a.[[/underlined]][[underlined]]Officers.[[/underlined]]
(1) Headgear, (a) The Service Cap will be worn with the cotton uniform, except that the flight cap may be worn within the limits of this Post and on cross-country flights by those who desire to wear the flight cap. The flight cap will not be worn when raincoats are worn.
(2) Belts, Officers' - The officers' Sam Browne Belt will not be worn.
