[[underline]] POLICIES [[/underline]]

1. The Commanding Officer's wife shall be Honorary President of the Club.

2. The Treasurer shall have a Petty Cash Fund on hand for small bills instead of writing checks for small amounts.

3. The sewing machine may be rented at a fee of 25¢ per day for a period of one week, or longer if there are no other requests for it.

4. At each regular meeting the Chairman of Activities shall present to the President a list of committees scheduled to give reports.

5. A farewell party, a gift, or both shall be given for each departing member whose husband recives a permanent change of station.

6. Leave of Absence

a. A leave of absence shall be in writing to make your status a permanent record.

b. A legitimate reason for leave shall be stated.

c. No indefinite leave shall be granted; a definite time must be stated or the maximum leave time granted shall be for a period of 3 months and subject to renewal.

d. No privileges of membership shall be extended to members on leave if they are not paying current dues.

e. If a member is on leave over a period of three months no dues shall be paid.
