    3.  Monthly payments by subscribers for Class "B" Services must be made at the Base Signal Office on or before the date specified on the telephone statement rendered. In case of non-payment the matter will be reported to the Wing Commander.

[[bold]] MOVES, CHANGES AND DISCONNECTIONS [[/bold]]
    1. It is requested that every effort be made to advise the Base Communications Officer at least two weeks in advance of all proposed moves and changes in order that the work may be done as requested. Unit Commanders will advise the Communications Officer to disconnect such telephones as are no longer needed. This is particularly applicable when a unit moves out of a building.
    2. The tampering with, altering of, moving of, or the addition of any foreign equipment to any part of the Base Telephone System is expressly prohibited. The employees of the Ohio Bell Telephone Company are the only personnel authorized to perform any such alterations to the system.

[[bold]] DIRECTORY CHANGES [[/bold]]
    1.  Report all corrections and changes in telephone numbers and personnel listings to the Base Signal Office, Extension "275".
    2.  Keep the Lockbourne Air Force Base Information and Service Desk Telephones No. "281", informed at all time of your latest correct residence address and office and residence telephone numbers. This applies to all military personnel of Lockbourne Air Force Base.
    3.  For telephone numbers not listed, call Information and Service Desk at Extension "281".
    This Directory has been corrected as of 1 November 1948.
