1. Meeting of the House of Representatives and the Senate at their respective Assembly Halls, at 9 o'clock a.m.

2. Opening Prayer by the Chaplains, respectively, at their respective Assembly Halls.

3. The House of Representatives will await the arrival of the Senate, meanwhile, the Senate will proceed to the Hall of Representatives for a Joint Convention.

4. The arrival of the Senate will be announced by the Sergeant-at-Arms of the House. The
