An effective chairman who maintained control in unobtrusive manner at all times. Sometimes could have been more positive in participation in discussion even though he was a chairman. Excellent job.

A very capable officer. He is intelligence [sic], clear thinking and gets results. Ambitious and constantly strives for self-improvement. Neat in appearance, cheerful, reasonable and fair. He is an outstanding officer.

Col. Davis performed well as seminar chairman. His knowledge of Air Force matters is extensive. He has an analytical mind and evaluates carefully all aspects of a question. He is courteous and tactful and was well liked by the group.

Col. Davis is an intelligent officer with a quick and unbiased mind. He is a good worker and well adapted to group effort.

A clear logical thinker who expresses himself well. He is tactful and considerate and at the same time poised and aggressive.

This officer appears to be physically, mentally and morally qualified for responsibilities of his grade. He is friendly, very tactful, intelligent and in general seems to be a fine credit to the Air Force.
