Dear Mr. Block:

The FANTIN LATOUR came back, and I want to thank you for the perfect way in which it was packed.

In the meanwhile I had the pleasure of seeing Mrs.Saidenberg who told me that it would be agreeable to you to hear about important paintings that entered our firm. I am extremely pleased to do so today and hope that during your next stay in New York you will have some time to come and see works by MATISSE, RENOIR, etc. that we purchased very recently

Looking forward to the pleasure of seeing you soon again and asking you to remember me to Mrs. Block,

Very sincerely yours,

(Georges E. Seligmann)
